01. Slack 💬

Email is a poor choice for project communication. Emails get lost, and people miss out on key paper trails. For that reason, we use Slack for all of our communication. Please keep all messages inside Slack and away from emails so we can best keep organized together - if you have any team members that you need to add to Slack, let us know and we can add them for you!

02. Tuesday Video Update 📽

At the beginning of each week, you will receive an in-depth Loom video sent into your Slack channel. In the video, we’ll keep you up to date with key information which could include the amount spent on ads, amount generated back, overall results, things we’ve done this week, things we’re planning to do, any specific trends we’ve noticed, action items for your side etc.

03. Monthly Data Report 📊

Every month, you’ll receive your monthly data report. This will be sent at the start of each month for the previous month (i.e. the November Data Report will be sent at the start of December). In the report, we’ll show your ad spend and returns on Amazon, and a strategy breakdown walking you through everything that happened in the last 30 days, and the plan for the next month to improve things even further. The first data report will be sent once we have been working for more than 30 days together so we have enough data to report on.

04. Strategy Calls ☎️

On top of our weekly loom videos and messages, we also schedule our Strategy Call recurring every 2 weeks. In these Strategy Calls, we will recap last week's performance, create action items for both sides, plan for the upcoming week (Campaigns, creative, new tests etc.), deliver SEO updates, ensure everyone on the team is aligned on the strategy moving forward.
